I’m Edwin Alex Shaji, a developer and tech enthusiast with a deep curiosity for how technology can shape the future. My journey has taken me through impactful roles at startups like The Hoomans Project (MakeMyPass, QuizIt, etc.) and Boson Info Tech (ACMS, MysHi, etc.), where I’ve built products, collaborated with teams, and explored areas far beyond code — from design and product management to marketing and community building.
At the core of how I work is what I call the Pi model of growth. One side is rooted in human strengths like creativity, critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving. The other is grounded in AI — using intelligent tools, models, and systems to learn faster, work smarter, and amplify what I can do. Holding it all together is adaptability. Whether it’s development, design, product strategy, or community engagement, I position myself where I can create the most impact.
I don’t see myself as confined to a single role or technology. With the mindset that “with the power of AI, I can learn any new skill in a limited time,” I embrace the flexibility to shift, adapt, and build across domains. I like to think of myself as one of the bad guys who can do anything — someone who learns quickly, executes fast, and thrives in environments where change is constant.
